PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an automotive production and logistics location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and help to verify that only authorized personnel and visitors enter restricted areas, following post orders for visitor processing, badge checks, and delivery coordination. Support daily operations by communicating professionally with site personnel, following incident reporting procedures, and assisting with traffic flow, vehicle access, and/or directional guidance as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and badge experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
