PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail distribution location. Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and deliveries, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow, and supporting orderly movement at gates and/or receiving areas. Support loss prevention and other security-related operations by observing for suspicious behavior, checking restricted areas, and communicating concerns in a professional manner.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
