40+ per week State Protection Service, Inc. is currently hiring qualified, professional Armed Security Officers for immediate positions in Peoria, Illinois . We are looking for reliable individuals who want to build a long-term career in the security industry and grow with our team.

Responsibilities:

Patrol assigned areas on foot or by vehicle Monitor and secure premises, property, and personnel Respond to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activity Write clear and timely incident reports Follow specific post orders and client instructions Maintain a clean, professional appearance in uniform at all times

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED Valid PERC Card (required) Valid FOID Card (required) Completed 20-hour Illinois state-mandated training Completed IDFPR Firearms Training Reliable communication device (e.g., cell phone) Reliable transportation Ability to work weekends and holidays Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Preferred (but not required): Experience with dispatch or reporting software
