PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, checking credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Monitor gates, doors, badge systems, vehicle access points, and delivery traffic to help support authorized access and report unusual or suspicious activity. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location. Complete reports related to access activity, incidents, and daily operations while following Allied Universal policies and client-specific security-related procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
