12:00 AM•8:00 AM Shifts may include weekends, holidays, and additional Security duties as needed. MUST HAVE A ORGINAL FIREARM TRAINING CERTIFICATE!
! We are seeking dependable and professional Armed Security Officers to support our Rockford operations on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Candidates should have prior law enforcement or military experience, excellent communication skills, and a clean, professional appearance. This role also includes supervisory tasks when required. Responsibilities Maintain a visible, professional security presence to deter unsafe or unlawful activity. Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas. Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activity. Enforce site rules, policies, and procedures professionally. Complete daily activity and incident reports accurately and on time. Communicate effectively with management, clients, and local authorities. Protect property, personnel, and assets with integrity. Oversee and supervise security staff as needed. Use phones and computer systems to read, write, and manage schedules. Brief, train, and support employees while maintaining a professional environment. Requirements Prior law enforcement or military experience preferred. Valid FOID card and Illinois security licensing (or ability to obtain). Clean criminal background; no felony convictions. Strong communication and observation skills. Professional appearance and demeanor at all times. MUST be physically fit and capable of performing job duties. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications.
