Overview We are seeking an energetic and vigilant Resort Security Guard to uphold safety standards across our property. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in protecting guests, staff, and assets, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment. Your proactive approach and keen observation skills will help prevent incidents and respond swiftly when needed. Duties Monitor all areas of the resort to maintain guest safety and detect suspicious activity. Conduct regular patrols of the property, including guest areas, entrances, exits, and restricted zones Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and staff before granting access to the premises Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, providing assistance if necessary Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating potential issues effectively Maintain detailed incident reports and logs of daily activities and security concerns Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents to ensure swift resolution Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly preferred Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Familiarity with security protocols including access control, CCTV monitoring, and emergency response procedures Join us to play a vital role in safeguarding our resort's vibrant environment!
