Company Overview MSI Security is a veteran and minority owned small business providing manned security solutions to clients throughout Indiana. Led by former military and law enforcement leadership, we are committed to serving our clients through our core values of communication, commitment, and vigilance. Summary We are seeking dedicated Security Officers to join our team in Indianapolis Indiana. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. Your contributions will uphold our mission of providing exceptional security services with integrity and vigilance. Responsibilities Maintain a standing, stationary, and visible post to secure location's facilities, staff, and property. Respond promptly to incidents, taking appropriate action. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve incidents. Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potential issues. Document and report any incidents to appropriate personnel. Enforce rules and regulations of the property. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred. Strong knowledge of security procedures, emergency response, and de-escalation techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred, but not required. Excellent observational, decision-making, and report-writing skills Ability to remain calm and respond effectively in high-pressure situations Professional communication skills with a strong commitment to safety and customer service Requirements Valid concealed carry permit for State of Indiana Must be 21 years or older. Must have reliable transportation.
