Private Security Officers

Duties Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify security vulnerabilities, hazards, or unauthorized individuals Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR when necessary Manage conflict resolution with professionalism, de-escalating tense situations effectively Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes Requirements Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields preferred Certification in first aid and CPR training will be provided by company. Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and conducting visual inspections Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and conflict management strategies Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required Must pass polygraph and background check Join us as a Private Security Officer and be part of a dedicated team committed to safety and excellence. Up to $58,240.00 per year
