Full-time Title of Job Safety and Security Team Member Position Description:
The team member ensures the safety and security of persons and property at assigned site. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority as well as possess a high level of observation. The goal is to help the company in maintaining excellent working conditions by keeping our facilities safe and problem-free. Major Areas of Responsibility Provides excellent customer service. Protects company and client assets. Ensures the safety and security of our clients, coworkers, and guests. Specific Responsibilities of the Job Conduct vehicle or foot patrols of interior and exterior at assigned site. Prevent theft or damage to property, equipment, tools, and product. Deter and detect suspicious activity or criminal activity, which may be a threat to persons or property at assigned site. Check credentials of persons entered assigned facility, refuse to admit those without proper authorization, and refer to proper authority to grant access. Enforce rules, policies or procedures in accordance with post orders. Report to work on-time and complete assigned shift in accordance to schedule. Complete daily reports and incident reports. Operate a motor vehicle. Job Requirements Be at least 18 years of age. Pass a drug screen and background investigation. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license. Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Must be familiar with and able to use computer and smartphone technology. Physical Demands While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
