Duties Monitor and control access to the facility for employees, visitors, and contractors using CCTV systems and manual checks Conduct regular surveillance patrols around the premises to identify potential security risks or breaches Respond promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR if necessary Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for reporting purposes Enforce security policies by managing conflicts professionally and de-escalating tense situations Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during critical incidents or investigations Perform loss prevention duties by observing suspicious activity and preventing theft or vandalism Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and alarm monitoring tools Certification in first aid, CPR, and conflict management preferred; training provided if necessary Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security protocols Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times Must have high school diploma or GED.
