Job Description

Overview PRN PRN + Competitive compensation + Medical insurance benefit plan + 401K Responsibilities +
Access Control and Patrols:
monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, violence, or unsafe behavior +
Emergency Response:
respond to emergency codes and assist with crowd control, evacuation, or containment as needed +
De-escalation and Conflict Management:
intervene in disruptive situations using de-escalation techniques to calm agitated patients or visitors, often in collaboration with clinical staff +
Patient and Visitor Assistance:
escort patients or visitors safely through the facility, provide directions, and assist with lost-and-found or personal property issues +
Incident Documentation:
write detailed reports on incidents, accidents, or safety hazards and report findings to supervisors or risk management Qualifications + High School Diploma or Equivalent required + Valid State Driver's license upon hire and maintained current + Current DMV report + Experience in Healthcare security or related field preferred + Certification from IAHSS (International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety) preferred Employment Status Per Diem Shift Variable Equal Employment Opportunity EEOC KnowYourRights\ screen\_reader\ 10\ Need help finding the right job?
