Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine driving patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report suspicious behavior, property concerns, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions. Support daily operations by assisting with visitor inquiries, following communication protocols, and completing required reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or observations.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
