Hiring Security at The Pumphouse

We're not saying you need to be Dalton, but if you can keep your cool, handle a crowd, and make sure everyone has a good time safely , you might just be our next hire. The Details Part-Time | Friday & Saturday Nights | 5-15 hrs/week

Pay:

$13.50+/hr

Schedule:

Night shifts, weekends as needed What You'll Do Keep the good times rolling while making sure things don't get out of hand Spot trouble before it starts and step in when needed Escort out guests who've had a little too much fun (professionally, of course) Work with staff to ensure a safe, fun environment for everyone What We Need From You Level-Headedness

• You don't escalate, you de-escalate Good Judgment
• Know when to step in and when to let things slide Honesty & Integrity
• No exceptions at the door Situational Awareness
• Keep an eye on the crowd and spot issues before they start Physical Confidence
• You don't need to be a bodybuilder, but you should be able to handle an altercation if needed Customer service experience is a plus, but if you know how to handle yourself and keep things under control, we want to hear from you.
