Responsibilities Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and prevent theft or vandalism Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks and ensure safety protocols are followed Control access points by verifying identification and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, and contractors Respond swiftly to emergencies by providing first aid or CPR when necessary and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes Enforce loss prevention measures by observing and deterring theft or unauthorized access Requirements Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Strong surveillance skills with familiarity in CCTV operation and monitoring systems Knowledge of conflict management strategies and effective communication skills Ability to remain alert during long shifts while maintaining professionalism under pressure Basic understanding of security procedures, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response protocols Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods as required Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels protected!
