AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, badge and credential checks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points for the location, verify identification and/or delivery documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Support shipping, receiving, and gate operations by maintaining visitor and vehicle logs, confirming appointments, and directing approved traffic to designated loading and unloading areas. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including access points, parking areas, and logistics flow zones, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Minimum Requirements:
CPR certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
