Security Patrol Officer -
Customer Service & Safety Location:
Lexington, Kentucky Pay:
$16.15 per hour probationary pay for the first 30 shifts, followed by $18.70 per hour, pending satisfactory evaluations/reviews. Bi-weekly pay.

PTO Work Schedule 70 hours - 7 days per 2 week pay period. 8 pm to 4 am. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Off, Off, Wednesday, Thursday, Off, Off, Off, Monday, Tuesday, Off, Off, and repeat. Job Summary We are seeking a professional, high-energy Security Patrol Officer to join our team in Lexington, Kentucky. In this role, you are not just a guard; you play a key role in providing peace of mind to residents and clients. You will provide a visible safety presence, deterring bad actors, discouraging loitering, and documenting any and all concerns providing clients justification f our presence. This position is perfect for those who enjoy being active, as it requires walking, standing, and driving, and are okay working alone. The person selected may also be crossed trained to serve as backup to other officer positions. Pay is Biweekly. Our goal is to hire and train ASAP. Training involves two nights of in person training combined with online courses.
Key Responsibilities Incident Reporting:
Use a smartphone/tablet to submit clear, digital reports regarding safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security incidents.
De-escalation:
Use verbal communication skills to manage difficult situations and maintain a calm atmosphere.
Equipment Management:
Maintain and operate company equipment including two-way radios, access cards, and security vehicles.
Requirements Age:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Background:
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Physical:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods (up to 8 hours) and lift/move up to 20 lbs.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written English skills for report writing and customer service.
Reliability:
