PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate reporting channels when needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, with attention to unusual activity and/or unauthorized access. Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and sensitive business spaces, verify credentials as required, and help to deter unauthorized entry or disruptive behavior. Prepare accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications, and support law enforcement and/or emergency personnel during security-related events when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an armed guard card and/or license. Be at least 21 years of age. Possess a law enforcement officer license. Customer service experience is preferred. Pepper spray certification is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
