Security Professional

Position Overview:

We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Security Officer to help maintain a safe and orderly environment across residential communities. The ideal candidate will ensure property security, enforce curfew policies, engage appropriately with residents and guests, and document all findings through clear, time-stamped reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor residential buildings, parking areas, and shared spaces to ensure safety and compliance with community rules. Observe and document resident and guest activity, reporting any suspicious behavior, disturbances, or policy violations. Enforce curfew regulations , communicate expectations to residents, and ensure non-residents leave the property after hours. Identify and report maintenance concerns such as unsecured doors, broken fencing, leaks, or damage to property. Maintain professional interactions with residents, guests, and maintenance staff when on site. Respond calmly to complaints or incidents, assist in de-escalating conflict, and ensure resolution without disruption. Coordinate with local law enforcement when necessary. Submit clear, accurate, and timely written reports detailing observations, interactions, and any incidents during shift. Uphold a professional presence and represent the company with integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in residential or property security preferred. Strong observational and communication skills. Ability to remain focused, alert, and calm under pressure. Professional appearance and demeanor. Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required. Must pass a background check and meet any training or certification requirements.

Work Conditions:

Night shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required. Work may include standing or being outdoors for extended periods and responding to a variety of property-related concerns.
