Job Description
Busy bar in Faneuil Hall hiring for door and security staff! The ideal candidate has experience identifying real vs. fake IDs, working security in high volume bars/nightclubs, is able to maintain professionalism regardless of the situation, and is reliable and punctual.
Duties :
- Check IDs at door to ensure patrons are of legal drinking age, presenting a valid form of identification
- Monitor door and maintain line to ensure overintoxicated patrons do not enter premises
- Diffuse and address any security issues inside bar from overintoxication to aggressive behavior
- Write detailed incident reports if necessary and maintain accurate records of daily activities
