Open Shifts:

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Patrolling and monitoring multiple premises to detect any irregularities, which may include suspicious behavior or security breaches. Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity. Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary. Conduct foot patrols of the premises; including interior, exterior, and parking garage patrols. Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily. Maintain Proper use, completion and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and/or duties. Oversee access control and create or deactivate access cards. Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns. Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior) Monitor CCTV security cameras. Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action. Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders. Assure that all work schedules for regular and special assignments are designed to provide the service in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Ensure that trained and qualified security personnel properly staff all posts. Ensure that all security personnel are aware of and perform their duties in full compliance with the facility security operations procedures and location policies, procedures and regulations. Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel. Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel. Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location. Work with management in the development and implementation of sound employee relations, development, and retention programs for the location. Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.

Requirements:

Security Experience required. Customer Service Experience preferred. Previous Customer Service experience, or related field/education.
