The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Full and part time uniformed unarmed security officers.

YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE NIGHTS, DAYS, NO WEEKENDS, NO OVERNIGHTS.

Varied hours, uniformed security positions immediately available. Candidates for any of the open positions must have a valid driver's license, and a clean criminal history. Ideal position for retired law enforcement, military, students, and security personnel, as well as all others. A minimum of one year of security experience is preferred. This position requires a proactive approach to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid or CPR as needed. Enforce rules and regulations while ensuring compliance with security protocols. Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary. Help visitors into elevators to reach their appointments. Collaborate with law enforcement when required for investigations or emergencies. Document incidents and prepare reports as needed for management review. Skills Proficiency in surveillance techniques and strategies. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is preferred. Experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous. Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively. Excellent observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. A strong sense of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
