Framingham, MA Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00
PM Pay Rate:

Position Overview Securitas is seeking a professional, outgoing, and customer-focused Security Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors at a premier client location in Framingham, MA. This is a highly visible, client-facing position that requires exceptional communication skills, a polished professional demeanor, and the ability to create a welcoming and secure environment. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a strong security presence while managing front desk operations. Key Responsibilities Greet employees, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Manage front desk and reception operations while maintaining a secure environment Verify identification, issue visitor badges, and maintain visitor logs Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries appropriately Monitor building access and ensure compliance with site security procedures Coordinate with client personnel regarding visitor arrivals and appointments Respond to security concerns, emergencies, and incidents in a calm and professional manner Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation Monitor security systems and report unusual activity or safety concerns Provide outstanding customer service while representing both Securitas and the client professionally Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and communication style Comfortable working in a highly visible, client-facing environment Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy reception setting Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications Previous reception, hospitality, customer service, administrative, or security experience is a plus Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation and communication Legal authorization to work in the United States Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the workday Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, paid training, and company-provided uniforms Company-paid life insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness and financial support programs Employee discount programs (vehicles, electronics, travel, and more) Join Securitas and start building your career in security today.
