You will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, assist guests and tenants, and document observations with clear communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or employees by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and/or mall location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and notify site leadership and/or local emergency services as required by post orders. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor entrances, storefront areas, and high-traffic zones for unusual activity, assist with access control as assigned, and support loss prevention and/or property management requests within scope of post orders. Complete shift logs and incident reports, communicate observations and/or concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts, and support security-related investigations by preserving observations and information.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Ability to comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
