Payrate:

34.00 Duties Monitor premises through CCTV surveillance and physical patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, visitors, and contractors to ensure compliance with security policies Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations for entry and exit Write detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security documentation accurately and promptly Manage conflict situations using conflict management techniques to de-escalate tensions safely Maintain security equipment functionality and perform routine checks on surveillance systems and alarm devices Skills Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement environments Certification in first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies Knowledge of surveillance technology and CCTV systems for effective monitoring Strong conflict management skills to handle tense situations professionally Ability to write clear, detailed reports that document incidents accurately Background in military service or law enforcement is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members, emergency responders, and visitors Valid LTC This role is ideal for motivated individuals committed to maintaining safety standards with integrity and professionalism.
