Job Description

Overview Please note these are Sunday thru Saturday armed uniformed alarm response and patrol positions . Our armed positions require both a driver's license and Comm. of Massachusetts Class "A" Large Capacity License to Carry Firearms. An excellent driving record is required. You must have your own duty weapon (9mm of 40 S&W, Mass Compliant) and duty gear, including a minimum of a level 2 holster. We are seeking dependable, punctual and experienced individuals to fill these openings. These are not seasonal or temporary positions; We are seeking long-term reliable employees. Your job duties will include (but are not limited to): Patrolling client properties and answering alarms in a timely fashion for the hours 6PM and 6AM Completing detailed and legible response and patrol and alarm reports. You must have a valid Commonwealth of Massachusetts Class "A" Large Capacity License to Carry Firearms with NO Restrictions. A valid driver's license Ability to provide 3 years of verifiable past employment information (i.e. supervisor names, telephone #'s, addresses, dates of employment etc.) Skills Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military, or related fields is preferred Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, or Law Enforcement training are highly desirable Knowledge of surveillance equipment including CCTV systems Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle tense situations calmly and effectively Ability to perform basic first aid when necessary Excellent observational skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and accurately This position is essential for maintaining a secure environment, ensuring safety protocols are upheld, and providing peace of mind for all stakeholders.
