Duties Conduct regular patrols of assigned premises using CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and physical inspections to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations for visitors, contractors, and staff Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes effectively Perform loss prevention measures by monitoring for theft or vandalism and reporting any suspicious behavior Maintain detailed logs of patrol activities, incidents, and observations in shift reports. This job is Friday - Sunday after 11pm-4am Qualifications Proven experience in security, law enforcement, military service or related fields is highly desirable Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified Familiarity with CCTV operation, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods during patrols and inspections Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members, visitors, and emergency personnel Embark on a rewarding career where your vigilance makes a difference!
