PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail and entertainment location. Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related issues to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, attraction queues, common areas, parking locations, and the outer perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic guest areas while assisting with crowd movement, line organization, and/or directional support during busy operating periods. Support closing and opening activities by observing vendor, employee, and/or visitor movement, verifying authorized access where applicable, and communicating security-related concerns according to site policies.
Minimum Requirements:
Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card and/or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
