Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a busy retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will interact with shoppers, visitors, and staff while delivering strong customer service and clear communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related operations at a retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command when needed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including sales floors, common areas, entrances, loading areas, and perimeter zones, to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns. Monitor access points and observe on-site activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, theft-related concerns, and/or other security-related issues. Document routine activities, incidents, and/or maintenance or policy observations, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
