Unarmed & Armed Security Officer - Nightclub Security Experience Required Join a security team dedicated to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable environment for our guests and staff. We are currently seeking reliable, professional, and experienced security officers with a strong background in nightclub security.

Competitive Nightly Pay Key Responsibilities Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons, employees, and guests. Monitor premises and enforce venue policies and procedures. Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies. De-escalate conflicts and assist in resolving issues in a calm and effective manner. Work closely with management and fellow security personnel to ensure a positive guest experience. Qualifications Previous nightclub security experience is required. Must have reliable transportation. Flexible schedule with availability to work nights and weekends. Bilingual candidates, particularly Spanish-speaking applicants, are strongly encouraged to apply. Possession of a valid Maryland State Police Handgun Permit is required for armed positions.
