The Dunbar team is looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-time Security Officer. In this role, you will help ensure the safety and security of residents, visitors, and the property. As a Security Officer, you will: Fill in at various security locations as needed due to call-outs, vacations, or scheduling gaps Conduct regular inspections and use surveillance systems to identify potential concerns Respond promptly to incidents, conducting emergency services when necessary Deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing by enforcing rules and policies Digitally create incident and activity reports with detailed observations Perform regular interior and exterior patrols, securing access points Support property management with additional safety duties as assigned You will be a great fit if you have: Strong attention to detail and situational awareness The ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations Clear, respectful communication skills Comfortable working indoors and outdoors during patrol Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as a part of a team
Scheduling:
This is a Full-time position averaging 30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to pick up additional shifts when available Shifts may include evening, weekends, and holidays depending on site needs Dunbar Security Solutions is a trusted provider of professional security services.
