Job Description

Metropolitan Protective Service Inc. is looking for an entry level security officer to fill a vacancy in the National Harbor Contract.
The ideal candidate will have:
Prior Military or security experience preferred (not required) Excellent Customer Service skills Detailed oriented Active Maryland Guard Card, Adult/Infant CPR/AED certification and first aid, Baton/Handcuffing/OC spray certification Able to work shift work including weekends and holidays Able to lift and carry at least 20 pounds Able to meet physical requirements of walking and standing for long periods of time Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a Maryland Guard Card Have reliable transportation
