FT Flex Unarmed Guard Position Overview Defender One is seeking dedicated Full-Time Unarmed Security Guards in Maryland. Requirements Licensing & Credentials:

Active, non-expired Maryland State Police Security Guard Card. Evidence of security guard training as required by the Maryland State Police and Maryland Police Training Commission.

Driving Requirements:

Active, non-expired driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to remain on feet or walk for extended periods. Capacity to work in various weather conditions, including inclement weather.

Awareness & Conduct:

Strong situational awareness and vigilance at all times. Strict prohibition of personal phone use while on duty.
