Job Overview This is an armed position that requires prior security, military, or law enforcement experience. Qualifications Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong conflict management skills. Valid certification in CPR and first aid; additional certifications such as CCTV operation or surveillance are highly desirable. Knowledge of security procedures, CCTV systems, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response protocols. Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts effectively and making quick decisions. Strong communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members, law enforcement agencies, and the public. Physical fitness to stand, walk, or patrol for extended periods; ability to respond rapidly in emergency situations.
