The ideal candidate is observant, calm under pressure, and capable of handling incidents with professionalism and sound judgment. Key Responsibilities Patrol and monitor assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, suspicious activity, or safety hazards Respond quickly and appropriately to alarms, emergencies, and incidents on-site Operate and monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV, to ensure full coverage of the premises Enforce company policies and safety regulations while maintaining a professional and courteous presence Provide basic first aid and CPR when necessary Document incidents, accidents, and unusual activities in clear and accurate reports Work with law enforcement and emergency responders when required Support loss prevention efforts by identifying and reporting potential theft or security risks Qualifications Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience using surveillance systems such as CCTV Knowledge of loss prevention practices is a plus Military background is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to pass a background check in accordance with company policies Requirements Valid Concealed Pistol License (CPL) required Reliable personal transportation required How to Apply If you are committed to safety and take pride in protecting others, we encourage you to apply.
