Job Description
Job Overview The Security Supervisor/Lead works closely with Mall Manager to provide daily support and assist with managing tenant and customer concerns. Duties Responsible for the safety and security of the facility including staff, tenants and guests Supervise security personnel Responsible for scheduling security staff, coordinate time off requests and submit schedules/changes to the Mall manager for final approval Work with the Mall Manager to ensure the property is compliant with fire and safety requirements Covering shifts for staff absences All other duties and tasks assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Ability to be flexible, prioritize, and manage multiple projects Prior law enforcement, security, military or management preferred Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle (valid Drivers license is required)
