The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in security rolls. Duties Monitor premises doing walk throughs and monitoring a camera system. Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations to determine appropriate action. Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and safety within the facility. Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify potential security risks. Provide assistance in conflict management situations, employing de-escalation techniques when necessary. Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when required for incident reporting and investigations. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for accountability. Qualifications Proven experience in larmed security is preferred Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in conflict management is a plus. Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security technologies is essential. Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert during extended periods. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with staff, visitors, and law enforcement personnel. Must possess a valid armed security guard license or certificate as required by state regulations. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in high-pressure situations.
