PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access procedures, credential checks, and other security-related policies at a utilities location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, equipment areas, and/or operational spaces. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, yards, and perimeter areas to identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or conditions that may require reporting. Maintain accurate logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and report access-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues according to site procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
