TIME/PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH COMPANY PROVIDED UNIFORM
Duties Inspects and evaluates security officers for appearance, alertness, and proper performance. Communicate company policies and procedures to all staff. Respond immediately to open shifts. Assist with complaints from clients. Assist with Investigations of accidents, thefts, and other unlawful activities. Able to work extended hours. Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times. Must maintain satisfactory attendance and performance throughout employment as a Field Supervisor. Inspect and replace equipment used by the security officers. Must become knowledgeable of AGS and customers' expectations and ensure security officer compliance of such policies and procedures. Must be able and willing to stand post at client locations on an as-needed basis due to emergencies or as extra support. Requirements 2 years security Supervisor experience No points on driving record in the past 36 months Computer Literate Good verbal and written skills Able to work independently and as a team Able to work a flexible schedule to include holidays, as requested Ability to deal with internal and external customers.
