Security Officer

Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by applying conflict management techniques and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Conduct thorough inspections of individuals and premises to deter theft, vandalism, or other unlawful activities. Administer first aid or CPR in emergency situations until professional medical assistance arrives. Maintain detailed logs of security activities, incidents, and shift reports for record-keeping and analysis purposes. Support loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and implementing appropriate security measures. Skills Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV operation and monitoring systems. Knowledge of conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Certifications in first aid, CPR, and law enforcement procedures enhance your suitability for this role. Ability to remain calm under pressure while responding swiftly to emergencies or security threats. Familiarity with security protocols, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response procedures. Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and effective interaction with team members and the public.
