Security Officer Associate HealthPartners Jun 10, 2026 HealthPartners is looking to hire a Security Associate Officer - to join our - team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
The Security Associate provides a welcoming, customer focused presence at facility entrances and public areas. This role is responsible for weapon screening, access control, lobby management, and supporting routine security operations. Security Associates proactively identify disruptions, provide directions and assistance, and collaborate with Security Officers during emergencies. This position emphasizes professionalism, strong communication, and consistent demonstration of HealthPartners values of excellence, integrity, compassion, and partnership.s. This position will respond to a wide variety of routine public service and emergency support calls requiring various problem solving techniques, judgment, verbal de-escalation and appropriate use of force. This position requires the ability to independently manage work, completing the duties outlined in this job description and other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
FTE 1.0, 40
hours per week, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Minimum Qualifications:
FBI/BCA background check required upon hire. Approval for continued employment is dependent on this background result. Must have valid, unrestricted driver's license.
  • Minimum high school graduate or equivalent and one or more of the following educational or experience requirements:
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, patient care, guest services, mental health care, or any role requiring deescalation, OR
  • One (1) year of postsecondary education
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous law enforcement or public safety experience.
  • Previous customer service.
  • Military experience as applicable.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills required.
