Our mission is to maintain safe environments through strong presence, accountability, and professionalism. Position Overview We are currently hiring Armed Security Guards to join our team. This role requires highly responsible individuals who can maintain safety, respond to incidents, and represent our company with professionalism at all times. Responsibilities Maintain a visible armed presence to deter criminal activity Monitor and patrol assigned locations Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed Enforce property rules and company policies Write clear and accurate incident reports Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and law enforcement when necessary Qualifications Must be 21 years or older Must be authorized to work in the United States Must have a valid Minnesota armed security license/permit Must be legally authorized to carry a firearm Strong communication and decision-making skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred Qualifications Prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience CPR/First Aid certification Experience with incident reporting and patrol procedures Schedule Full-time and Part-time positions available Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts available Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunities for advancement Work Environment Commercial properties Residential buildings Retail locations Patrol assignments Additional Requirements Must pass a background check Must be reliable and punctual Must follow all company policies and state regulations How to Apply Apply through Indeed or contact us at: info@gatewaysecurity.org Gateway Security Services is an equal opportunity employer.
