The Security Officer is responsible for the oversight of the safety and security of our clients and employees. This person will follow safety and security standards and complete incident reports as required. We are seeking high-quality, extremely friendly individuals to fill corporate security guard positions in the Minneapolis area. Responsibilities:

The Security Officer will be responsible for filling open posts in our security schedules at HTC Eden Prairie campus. Must be willing to work on-call/as needed, as callouts are unpredictable. Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional manner. Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or vehicle.

Job Requirements:

Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen, federal background check, and fingerprinting. This process takes between 2- 4 weeks to be completed. Must be willing to work on-call/ as needed, as staff members calling off work is unpredictable. First Aid/CPR/AED certification is preferred. Training will be provided by Watson Express within 90 days if you aren't certified. Must have a smartphone to access the company security guard management reporting app. With or without reasonable accommodation, the physical and mental requirements of this job may include the following: seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing clearly. Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license and insurance. Must have flexibility within the schedule, and available for weekend and holidays Flexible to work at multiple locations based on business needs. Prior Campus Security experience is preferred Prior Hotel Security experience is preferred Security Officer -
