PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a highly regulated location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require attention. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and support compliance with location rules, badge procedures, and property control practices. Support assigned operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and communicating professionally with employees, visitors, and public agency personnel as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
