PART-TIME
position with the following hours: Two shifts per week, and every other weekend. The hours are 12pm - 8pm on the weekends. Hours are subject to change Pay is $17.17/hour. We are seeking a professional and vigilant Guard to join our security team in Red Wing, MN. As a Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or hazardous situations Prepare and maintain security logs, reports, and records of daily activities and incidents Conduct regular inspections of security devices and equipment to ensure proper functioning (Boiler, Fire Safety System) Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment Qualifications Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid Driver's License Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred Excellent physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods Ability to climb stairs in multi-story buildings Strong observation and communication skills Basic computer proficiency for report writing and monitoring security systems Knowledge of security procedures and protocols preferred Ability to work in Red Wing, United States; familiarity with the local area is a plus Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Additional Information Red Wing Shoes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
