PART-TIME
position with the following hours:

Two shifts per week, and every other weekend. The hours are 12pm - 8pm on the weekends. Hours are subject to changePay is $17.17/hour.

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Guard to join our security team in Red Wing, MN. As a Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises, personnel, and assets. Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or hazardous situations Prepare and maintain security logs, reports, and records of daily activities and incidents Conduct regular inspections of security devices and equipment to ensure proper functioning (Boiler, Fire Safety System) Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment QualificationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's LicensePrevious security or law enforcement experience preferredExcellent physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to climb stairs in multi-story buildingsStrong observation and communication skillsBasic computer proficiency for report writing and monitoring security systemsKnowledge of security procedures and protocols preferredAbility to work in Red Wing, United States; familiarity with the local area is a plusFlexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidaysStrong sense of responsibility and attention to detailAbility to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure Additional InformationRed Wing Shoes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
