4:30 PM•12:00 AM 12:00 AM•7:30 AM Position Summary Float Cannabis Company is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Security Associates to help maintain a safe, secure, and clean environment for our facility. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, reliable, and take pride in their work. In addition to security responsibilities, team members will assist with facility cleaning and maintenance duties to ensure the workplace remains professional and welcoming. Key Responsibilities Monitor and secure the facility during overnight operating hours. Conduct routine security patrols of the building and surrounding property. Observe and report suspicious activity, security concerns, or safety hazards. Control access to the facility and verify authorized entry when required. Complete incident reports and maintain accurate security logs. Perform cleaning and janitorial duties, including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning, and general upkeep. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment throughout each shift. Follow company policies, security procedures, and safety standards. Communicate effectively with management regarding security or maintenance issues. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain alert throughout the shift. Excellent attendance record and proven reliability. Strong work ethic. Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks accurately. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to stand, walk, and perform light to moderate physical labor during the shift. Previous security, custodial, or facility maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
