Access Control and Patrols:

m onitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to deter theft, violence, or unsafe behavior +

Emergency Response:

r espond to emergency codes and assist with crowd control, evacuation, or containment as needed +

De-escalation and Conflict Management :

i ntervene in disruptive situations using de-escalation techniques to calm agitated patients or visitors, often in collaboration with clinical staff +

Patient and Visitor Assistance:

e scort patients or visitors safely through the facility, provide directions, and assist with lost-and-found or personal property issues +

Incident Documentation:
