We are currently hiring a Security Officer to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members throughout our community.
Available Openings Full-Time Day Shift Schedule:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Rotating Weekends Required Security Officer Responsibilities Patrol the community and grounds to ensure a safe and secure environment. Monitor building access and respond to visitor, resident, and staff inquiries. Conduct routine security rounds and document observations. Respond promptly to emergency situations, alarms, and resident assistance calls. Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and safety concerns. Complete incident reports and maintain accurate documentation. Assist with traffic control and parking enforcement as needed. Monitor security systems, cameras, and access control systems. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and team members. Work collaboratively with all departments to support resident safety and well-being. Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Must be 21 or older. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional during emergency situations. Strong observation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to write clear and accurate reports. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills preferred.
