Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel during the overnight shift to ensure consistent security coverage. Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches proactively. Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including access points, parking areas, and sensitive zones, to identify potential security risks. Manage access control procedures by authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with established protocols. Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies by implementing conflict management strategies and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed. Maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and surveillance records to ensure accurate documentation of all activities. Assist with scheduling and staffing. Qualifications Proven experience in security operations, law enforcement, military service, or related fields with a strong understanding of security protocols. Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and conflict management are highly desirable. Proficiency in surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and other monitoring tools. Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and experience managing access control systems. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and decisively while maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively during overnight hours. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with emergency responders and team members.
