Job Description

$20.00 Armed Officer Hiring Event We are hosting a hiring event as we are seeking Armed Security Officers for
STANDING & RAPID RESPONSE
positions. The Standing Armed Security Officer will act as a presence inside the facility during business hours and be prepared to provide immediate assistance and/or de-escalation. The Rapid Response Officer will provide mobile escort services for client personnel as they travel to and from work locations and while performing sensitive on-site tasks. This is an on-call position that requires flexibility and professionalism. Officers do not handle or transport valuables — the role is strictly focused on protecting people and ensuring a safe working environment. The security agent will also notify local law enforcement should a response be necessary. Responsibilities Provide a visible armed presence to deter threats. Remain alert to potential risks and respond appropriately to incidents. Maintain professional communication with store staff and customers Complete accurate reports of any incidents that occur at the site Follow all company policies, safety standards, and state regulations.
Qualifications Minimum age:
21 years. Must have reliable means of transportation. Must have a valid St. Louis Armed License. Must own their own firearm Prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred. Excellent situational awareness and communication skills. Must pass background check and drug screening. Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Compensation & Schedule Hourly Rate:
$20.00 Paid training. Uniforms provided. Schedule includes weekends.
